Please read these product terms and conditions (valid from May 24, 2018) carefully as they set out the terms under which Blister makes the products for you. You must read and agree with our terms and conditions before buying online, by an email or over the phone. When buying goods from our website you enter an agreement with "Blister" Witold Sozański, Andrzej Cygan Sp. J.,ul. Pużaka 55a, 38-400 Krosno, Poland, trading as https://www.blinds-4-you.com/en/. The agreement will be concluded when you place the order.

  3. Our products
  4. The products in our online store are either photographed or digitally made. Each computer monitor has different settings, which may result in different shading or colour of the exact product compared to the one generated by your monitor. We advise you to order free samples so you could see whether you are happy with the quality and colour before ordering our products.

  5. Order placement
  6. The online store is placed under a website https://www.blinds-4-you.com/en/. The Buyer is the person making use of the offer of the online shop published under the above-mentioned address. The Seller is the company mentioned in point 1. The orders may be placed through the Internet website or by an email. The first method is preferred, as there is no place for a mistake which may happen while processing an email order. Submitting the online order form shall be understood as order placement.

    Placing an order also means the consent to collect and process personal data of the Buyer in accordance with the Privacy Policy - a subpage of the Store containing information related to the protection of personal data, available at https://www.blinds-4-you.com/en/privacy-policy.

    Before the expiry of one month from sending the products ordered by the Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to send an e-mail to the e-mail address specified in the Order with a request to express an opinion on the products ordered or on the subject of the Seller.

  7. Prices
  8. The final price you will pay is shown at the checkout subpage as well as on your confirmation email. This price include VAT and it's the price you will have to pay to receive ordered goods.

  9. Order confirmation
  10. After submitting the order, you will receive an email to the provided email address. Please read it carefully as it will include all the key information about the submitted order, as well as the payment details. If any of the information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (especially while choosing cash on delivery).

  11. Payment
  12. We will process your order as soon as the payment will be booked on our PayPal or bank account. It is also possible to pay cash on delivery. If you choose to make a payment via PayPal or bank transfer, you will receive the necessary details on your confirmation email.

  13. Order cancellation
  14. We reserve the right to cancel the order when:

    • within 7 working days from the moment of submitting the order it is not possible to contact the Buyer (no reply the an email or telephone);
    • we have insufficient stock to make the ordered goods;
    • PayPal or bank transfer was selected, but we haven't received the payment within 7 working days of submitting the order;
    • a pricing or typing error occurred due to website or database failure.

    You shall receive an email if any of above situations occur.

  15. Delivery
  16. Free samples delivery:

    If you have ordered free samples only, the delivery is free of charge, and the samples are delivered by post.

    Product delivery:

    Product deliveries are made to you through a courier company without a guarantee for a specific hour of the delivery. We require your phone number because if the courier does not find the receiver under address provided by you, he may contact you for the purpose of arranging another date for the delivery. In case the second attempt of delivery is not possible, the cost of another delivery will be covered by you. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the checkout subpage. The available countries to which delivery can be organized, as well as the delivery costs are specified in the cart subpage. You are obliged to check whether the products were not damaged during transportation. If they were, a damage protocol should be fulfilled in the presence of the courier as well as you should contact us as soon as possible to inform us about the situation. We reserve the right to ask for digital pictures with regards to the issues reported. After signing the confirmation of receiving the package without any objections, all the risks related to damage or loss of the products are transferred to you. Our company shall not be responsible for any delays related to a courier company.

  17. Guarantee
  18. The guarantee period is specified along with the price on the products subpages, as well as on the cart subpage and order confirmation email. The guarantee does not include repairs of any damages caused by improper use and installation of the offered products. All the product defects or any shortages in the additional accessories (e.g. mounting elements) should be reported within 10 working days from the date of receiving the goods. The shipment cost of the goods subjected to complaint shall be held by the Buyer. The goods should be sent to our company in a package ensuring safe shipment. A complaint will be examined within 10 working days since the date of receving the damaged goods at the our address. Any differences resulting from individual settings of the Buyer’s computer (colour, proportions etc. of the ordered goods) may not make our products a subject of complaint. Any hidden defects, resulting from the constructional and technical aspects (e.g. improperly functioning blind mechanism) will constitute a basis for a complaint. Such a modification that emerged during the guarantee period and which is caused by natural wear and tear of the goods should not be deemed as a defect. In case of recognition of the complaint (defective product or product inconsistent with the one ordered) the goods will be repaired or replaced for a new one free from any defects and once again delivered to the customer at the Seller’s cost. In case when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods for the new ones (lack of goods at the warehouse, end of series/production) the Buyer will receive a cash refund. In case of groundless complaint the goods will be sent to the Buyer at their own cost charges forward at the delivery. Due to the fact that every product is made to measure based on the individual order, there is no possibility to return the purchased goods, except for the reasons mentioned above. Our company is not be responsible for wrong parameters of the ordered goods provided by the Buyer (dimensions, colour etc.).

  19. General terms
  20. These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and any disputes will be decided only by the Polish courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

    Any textual information as well as photos of the products present in our online store are registered under the domain https://www.blinds-4-you.com/en/ and they are protected by copyrights. It is forbidden to copy and distribute them, use them for commercial purposes and for presentations at other Internet websites without our consent.

  21. Safety information
  22. Use of additional safety devices may reduce the risk of strangulation but the blind cannot be considered foolproof. Elimination of this type of risk can be achieved by keeping cords, chains, tapes and similar out of the reach of vulnerable persons.

    Please also follow the advice below to avoid the risk of harm to children:

    • Keep blind cords out of the reach of young children.
    • Move beds, cots and furniture away from windows that have blinds installed.
    • Do not tie cords together. Make sure that cords do not twist and create a loop.
    • Be aware that the release of small parts can cause a child to choke if swallowed.
