  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, protection and processing of Website Users' Personal Data available at https://www.blinds-4-you.com/en/ by the Personal Data Administrator in connection with the provision of services by the Administrator.

  3. Personal Data is collected, stored and secured in accordance with the ACT of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data passed by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  4. The Personal Data Administrator collects and processes User Personal Data in order to process orders placed via the Website, replies to messages sent via the contact form and to issue invoices, receipts and financial reporting.
  5. The Personal Data Administrator may also process User's Personal Data in order to send him a request for an opinion on the products received or about our company.
  6. Our website uses cookies. We use information stored in cookies for advertising and statistical purposes, as well as to customize our website to the individual needs of the user.

CookieYes is responsible, among other things, for the content of the cookie banner displayed on the website.     • Employees and associates of the Personal Data Administrator in the scope necessary to carry out the services we offer;
    • Logistics operators through which we deliver orders;
    • Entities handling payments for orders placed.
  11. Personal data collected and processed by the Administrator of Personal Data for the purpose of performing the services listed in point 4 are:

    • E-mail adress;
    • Phone number;
    • Delivery address;
    • Invoice data.
  12. The Personal Data Administrator may also collect and process the User's IP Address in order to secure the Website against unwanted actions on the part of the User.
  13. Profiling:
  14. The Personal Data Administrator may use Users' personal data for profiling within the meaning of Article 4(4) of the GDPR. Profiling consists of automated processing of data that allows the assessment of selected factors relating to the User, in particular for the analysis or prediction of their preferences and interests.

    The purpose of profiling is to tailor marketing content and offers to the needs of Users, including:

    • displaying personalized advertisements on websites and social media,
    • recommending products related to the purchase history or viewed content.

    The effect of the profiling used may be, for example, better adjustment of the website content to the User's interests or receiving promotional offers related to previous purchases. Profiling used by the Personal Data Administrator does not produce legal effects for the User nor does it significantly affect their situation.

The User has the right to access Personal Data collected by the Personal Data Administrator, as well as to apply for a copy, transfer, correction, deletion (right to be forgotten) or processing restriction.   16. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to provide services to the User.
  17. With the exception of the situations provided for by the law of the Republic of Poland, User's Personal Data is not shared with parties not mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
  18. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
